Ballymoney HS Year 11 pupils from Our Lady of Lourdes and Ballymoney HS enjoyed Boxercise and Pilates classes as part of the University of Ulster , Coleraine, Teenage Healthy Lifestyle Outreach Programme.
Pupils have already attended a Healthy Diet presentation and Healthy Cooking practical in Ballymoney HS, Yoga and Spin classes have been delivered at the UUC with the programme concluding on Tuesday 19 June in Our Lady of Lourdes School with sessions on Teenage Mental Health and Exercise Circuits for Health.
