Year 11 Catering pupils from Our Lady of Lourdes and Ballymoney High School were recently treated to an excellent taster and information event provided by staff from Mullins Ice Cream.
The pupils got to learn all about the complexities of making the different products and also got to taste some of Mullins world famous ice cream.
Pupils and staff thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
