Y11 Students from occupational catering studies watching a cookery demonstration from the LMC. The pupils watched attentively as they were shown how to make meatballs and beef stir fry. Pupils were able to sample both dishes at the end of the demonstration. They gained a great understanding of how to combine the ingredients to produce both dishes, which they will later produce for their practical assessment.
